At 3D PowerPrints, we want you to be thrilled with your precision-crafted prints. If your order isn't quite right, our return process is designed to be straightforward and professional.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. This window ensures that any issues are addressed while the production details are current.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been modified—including painting, sanding, or assembly.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because custom prints are created specifically for your requirements, these orders are generally non-refundable. If your custom print arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us for a replacement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Fees from the original order are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid label.
How to Request a Return
To start your return, please email prints@3dpowerprints.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once inspected, approved returns can be processed as a full refund to your original payment method or as store credit for your next purchase.
Processing Time
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account once the return has been inspected and approved.
